Dr. Heidi Sheth provides quality physical therapy individualized to help you minimize your pain and maximize your return to previous level of function. She will painstakingly review​ how your symptoms are affecting you and observe how you are responding to the treatment plan in addition to diligently listening to your concerns at the beginning of each session. Only after speaking with you and discussing how you are doing since your last treatment will you then proceed with the treatment activities that are indicated for the current treatment session. Each activity is meticulously crafted and assessed for proper form, technique and desired response. Reduced pain and improved functionality are the primary focus and goal of each visit. Dr. Sheth is extremely passionate about educating you on the latest treatments and discovering what may be the root cause of your pain or limitation(s).
