Core Solutions PT, Inc. is located within Reinhold Chiropractic Group's Virginia Beach office in order to provide a more comprehensive approach and treatment options for patients when both disciplines are indicated.  Dr. Sheth works hand and hand with Dr. Rich Reinhold and associates for optimal patient outcomes including scheduling, pain management, quicker recovery and improved functional outcomes.  Patients get the benefit of a multi-disciplined approach specifically for overall improved quality patient care.  

Dr. Heidi Sheth provides quality physical therapy individualized to help you minimize your pain and maximize your return to previous level of function.  She will painstakingly review​ how your symptoms are affecting you and observe how you are responding to the treatment plan in addition to diligently listening to your concerns at the beginning of each session.  Only after speaking with you and discussing how you are doing since your last treatment will you then proceed with the treatment activities that are indicated for the current treatment session.  Each activity is meticulously crafted and assessed for proper form, technique and desired response.  Reduced pain and improved functionality are the primary focus and goal of each visit.  Dr. Sheth is extremely passionate about educating you on the latest treatments and discovering what may be the root cause of your pain or limitation(s).  Furthermore, she is completely committed to improving overall health, state of mind, postural and body mechanic awareness to allow you to minimize further injury and maximize functional outcome.  When all is said and done, your improved health and patient satisfaction are paramount to Core Solutions PT, Inc.  -Dr. Mary Stewart, PT, OCS.

Your Right To A "Good Faith Estimate"

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.  Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.

  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
